I'll also teach you one of my favorite breathing exercises to center you before you write.
This part of the course is all about getting you out of your head. We'll look at healing imposter syndrome with exercises like writing a really sh*tty first draft on purpose, naming and facing your fears, thinking about the moments that have defined you as a writer, and taking yourself on an artist date. You'll learn to make writing fun and joyful again, instead of feeling like there's tons of pressure on your shoulders.
The course wraps up with a module reminding you to celebrate your successes along the way. As writers, if we can learn to celebrate on a daily and weekly basis rather than waiting until our work is finished, we have a much higher chance of reaching our goals.
